1. The controller
ATAILA Magyarország Kft. (registered seat: 1037 Budapest, Jablonka út 88/A, Hungary; company registration number 01-09-471463), the operator of this site. The company details are in the imprint. Contact: attila.macskasy@ataila.com, +36 30 350 0380.
2. What we process, and why
a) Server logs
Our servers keep technical logs (IP address, timestamp, requested page, browser identifier). Purpose: operational security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention. Legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Retention: up to 90 days, or as long as needed to investigate a security incident.
b) Analytics, without cookies
We use self-hosted, open-source Plausible analytics on the controller’s own infrastructure in the EU. It sets no cookies, builds no persistent individual identifier, and does not track you across sites. It produces aggregate statistics only (page views, country, referrer). Legal basis: legitimate interest. Retention: only aggregate statistics are kept; no individual identifier is created. Nothing is shared with third parties.
c) Orders and call-backs
This site has no form of its own. The “Request the call” button takes you to the ATAILA contact form (www.ataila.com), where what you enter is processed under the privacy notice published there: in our own systems operated in the EU, with no external CRM provider. If we reply by e-mail, section d) applies. We send no automated e-mails.
d) E-mail and support tickets
If you e-mail us, for example at support@ataila.com, the correspondence is handled in Microsoft 365; processor: Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd. (Dublin, Ireland). Support tickets are kept in our own helpdesk system, operated within the European Union. Purpose: answering your request and performing the contract. Legal basis: performance of a contract and legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)). Retention: as long as needed to handle the request or perform the contract.
e) What we do not do
No advertising or tracking cookies and no remarketing. Data from this site and from our helpdesk is not transferred to third countries; Microsoft 365 e-mail is covered by Microsoft's contractual safeguards (EU Data Boundary, standard contractual clauses). There is no automated decision-making or profiling.
3. Your rights
You may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interest (GDPR Arts. 15–21). We respond without undue delay and within one month at the latest. You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian supervisory authority (NAIH, naih.hu) or turn to the courts.
